1 tsp grated fresh ginger. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix arrowroot powder and chicken stock. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stock mixture and honey, toasted seasame oil,salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat to desired consistency about 3-5 minutes.
