Friday, November 11, 2011. Does anyone have change for a 27? Change is inevitable in life. There are many changes going on right now that affect me greatly. I have found that although change can be difficult, it can also be rewarding. Finding happiness in change is the desired affect for me. I hope that as I am undergoing more changes in the up coming months that I will remember to find the joy along the way. Well my alarm is going to be beckoning me to wake in a few short hours. Monday, September 26, 2016. I started tracking my weight and what I was eating on April 3rd. Starting at 250lbs I set a primary goal to reach 200 pounds. Then I decided when I reach that goal, Ill re-asses and pick a new goal. Well, today I weighed in at 199.8 so, Ive reached it! After many months, Ive reached it. Im positively, super-duper, blooming elated. Id like to think that I lost weight in a healthy way. One that will have lasting effects and wont have a yo-yo effect. How did I do it? My fi.CONTENT
