Wednesday, October 7, 2009. We headed north Sunday morning from Concon and immediately we were in the country. This was our first view of Maitencillo. Its a resort town that wraps around a small bay with hills to the north and south and a valley river that runs into the bay. I didnt get any stills of the town or river, but were going to head back on the weekend to check it out again. View from the top. We werent going to go back to the first resort but changed our mind.
