Paul Murray Graphic Design

Paul Murray Graphic Design. Sunday, 29 April 2012. The lip sync is a little off on YouTube, I think its something to do with YouTubes frame rate which sucks, but it still looks pretty good! Im really happy with the final outcome. I have completely enjoyed creating it, and as you can see if you watch the video as much as I have, movement, lip sync and control get better as the video progresses, as I got much more used to using the different tools on After Effects. Pat on the back, initiate! To recor.

After all the development and experimentation I have done, I have settled on my final animation. I have made the final scene end abruptly to match the end beat of the piece of music, and fitted the scenes around the tempo of the track. I am really happy with how my first animation project has turned out, and look forward to developing my skills further. To Zoom or not to Zoom? Print to Pixel Animation. Wednesday, 4 May 2011.

100 Years of Paper Poster for GF Smith. I am very happy with my design. The font colour suits the image as there are a lot of soft tones. I think the image works very well with the text. I have used the golden ratio layout. I believe that my paper mountain range really stands out and catches the viewers eye. Monday, 7 March 2011. Sunday, 6 March 2011. Saturday, 5 March 2011. Just realised my animation is 33 seconds long, According to some course mates they have been told it is compulsory to be between 20-30 seconds and theres a risk of failing if it is not within the brief requirements. Below are a few screen shots from imovie where i created.

About my animation, i based my animation on my three words about my music happy, relaxed and simple, i wanted to create an animation purely using adobe after effects so learn and develop my skills in the programme and to create a smooth flowing 30 second animation. When listening to my music it felt like you were on a journey so i wanted to replicate this in the imagery, my animation its self is a simple design but i feel its effective. I started by opening Adobe After Effects CS5.

There are two versions of my final animation, they are the same but the music is different I have not yet decided which music to use. The first option is the first 24 seconds of the music. The second option is 2 minutes into the music where there is a change ing the music at the end to co-inside with the kite falling. Tuesday, 3 May 2011. Below are still for my final piece. The kite starts to get pulled by the wind.
