Już 11-ty dzień bez chleba. Od 5 dni dołożyłam do mojej diety ćwiczenia, nie ma szału, ale codziennie 10-20 minut. Zazwyczaj jest to trening z Fitness Move. Niektórzy uważają, że to tylko gra, ale po 15 minutach 300 kcal spalonych, pot leje się po plecach i centymetry lecą. Na razie to 10-20 minut, ale codziennie no i rozciąganie przed i po ćwiczeniach. Po tych 11 dniach jest -1,5kg i zaczyna mi się zmieniać figurka, no a przede wszystkim samopoczucie -REWELACJA.
