Sunday, September 21, 2014. Vintage Halloween BOO and Black Cat Banner. You can click on the pictures to see larger images. I used vintage dictionary paper for a little something special. I machine stitched crepe paper streamers before and after each banner. The letters and black cats are die cut and glued on. This banner dances charmingly in the slightest breeze.
