Friday, October 27, 2017. Ultra Pedestrian Wilderness Challenge report - Owyhigh Lakes Loop. This is an overdue report of my first UPWC course ever. I ran the Owyhigh Lakes loop with Chris Ragsdale on 93. We arrived early to clear skies and cool temps - parking on Sunrise Road across from the Owyhigh Lakes trail head we decided it would be best to start with the run up the road, and finish coming out of the woods with the car right in front of us. Cowlitz Divide winds down near the bottom of Highway 1.CONTENT
