Monday, January 28, 2013. I am happy to say that I have been sticking with my New Years resolution thus far! I decided that I needed to go to bed at a decent time and allow my body to actually get some sleep each evening! I used to get on average about 5-6 hours if I was lucky, now Im clocking in approximately 7-712 a night! Im not sure how much of a difference its actually making though I am less lethargic in the morning! I also feel like I need some new hobbies! I used to volunteer with homeless y.CONTENT
