The aim of Painting the Rainbow Tai Chi is to make Tai Chi in Birmingham and surrounding areas available to people in all walks of life and levels of mental and physical health. To achieve this, we currently work with local hospitals providing tai chi for rehab to COPD patients, Cardiac, Rheumatology and falls prevention patients.

Thanksgiving in Washington, D. I absolutely loved being in D. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I took a half day so Logan and I could get a head start to D. We booked a room at the Crowne Plaza. For Thanksgiving dinner, we made a reservation at Georgia Browns.

The Visual Merchandising team and I were challenged to take the front entries of each our stores and transform them into a Fall wonderland! I really do love my job, so much.
