Friday, January 24, 2014. One of the things that I have been thinking a lot about lately is productivity. Not that I am a slacker by any means, but several things are going on in my life right now that make upping my productivity game a necessity. One of my colleagues has decided to leave the company. That means that until his replacement is found and up to speed, I will be a one-woman show. There are a couple of prevailing trends in productivity right now. One is the Eat the Frog.
And sometimes Friends and Football. Friday, August 23, 2013. Towards the end of July, I went and picked up M and M and brought them home with me for six days. Pawpa and I had a lot of fun while they were here. Maddie finally got her own scooter and had fun practicing riding on the downtown sidewalks. Mason is a pro by now. We went swimming lots of times and both kids had a blast jumping off the diving board for the first time. Eating corn on the cob was yummy.

Thursday, July 2, 2015. So we arrived in Hawaii on June 24th, almost a month ago. We were greeted in true Hawaiian style by several Chaplain families with lots of leis! What a sweet surprise and blessing! They took good care of us and got us settled in our temporary lodging with some dinner and food. So thankful for the kind welcome we received.
Monday, October 20, 2014. My baby is technically no longer a baby. I held you a little longer the night before and may have cried a little. Your birthday was on a Tuesday, so the Sunday night before I threw you a birthday party. You were NOT sure about all those people in your house! And later after dinner we sang you happy birthday again and let you have a cupcake.

It was so sweet and honest, I just loved her sweet little prayer! Thursday, September 17, 2009. I love you sooooo much! Friday, August 7, 2009.
How I feel most of the time. Who am I kidding? Saturday, March 03, 2007. I am not a stalker! I am simply a ton of fun, and sometimes the fun happens several times a day. Tuesday, November 14, 2006. Especially when the hair dresser is your mom.
Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Jack has always known what he wants. Monday, March 5, 2012. Well, that could have gone better. Someone needed a knife so, I quickly opened the silverware drawer to get the knife. Unfortunately, the cord of the portable mixer was caught on the drawer. The mixer was still in the batter bowl. When I flung open the drawer, the full batter bowl flew off the counter, somersaulted, fell to the floor and bounced.
One lass living with four lads. More sunshine, less whine. Sunshine and the great outdoors are the allies of the exhausted parent. Armed with a double shot almond milk latte, in a huge mug, the lads and I began carrying supplies out to the deck for a morning of mess and imagination. Because when you are outside, mess can wait, and it does not agitate.
Friday, July 29, 2016. My life is a constant battle. I live in a paradox of hope and hopelessness. Its thoughts constantly singing to a deaf choir. The reality is, we are all getting old but eventually it catches up with us. The body and the mind are made for each other. The mind pushes and the body adapts.
I am an Outnumbered Quilter. Friday, March 20, 2015. Trish Got a New Car! A few months ago, we bought a new. She was driving a mini van that was 12 years old and had a lot of miles. Dried gunk from the bottom of little feet! So, I decided to fix the problem.
