Friday, April 2, 2010. Found her near an ATM in Chennai. Dogs Sam, the brown and white one, and Nodding Head dog, the black and white one. These are our names for them. Sam is a very gentle and friendly animal. Nodding head dog gets his name from a nervous disorder he has that causes his head to bob up and down all the time. Behind Sam here is one of his favorite ladies.

Saturday, October 22, 2011. My son, Owen, has great passion for nature and the environment and especially the local fish population on Nantucket. Although we are a family of eager, albeit not terribly successful fishermen, his initial interest seemed to lean more towards keeping the fish alive, as opposed to hooking them for dinner.
