This is the chronicle of our adventures to Fulltiming status. We will transition from Military Service to Volunteer Service for the GREAT United States of America. Our plans were postponed due to my military advancements, but now I WILL retire after 30 years of Active U.S. Naval Service in September 2017. We will then Volunteer in the NPS, COE, StateCounty parks or anywhere else we can give back to this great nation. Sunday, August 11, 2013. As I read over the last two blog posts and thought about all that has happened in the last year, I am overwhelmed. We welcomed Josie home one year ago today. I can hardly believe it has already been a year, even though I can barely remember life without her. This is a picture of our sweet Josie in China. Do you notice anything missing? I was a little worried about having all the families over.
