Learning to serve God, and one another, day by day. Friday, March 27, 2009. Over Spring Break we took a QUICK vacation to San Antonio. It is our favorite local vacation destination. It is close enough to home, yet far enough away! Usually only a 5 hour drive. We had a dinner reservation at our favorite restrauant.
Thursday, March 12, 2009. The Saturday before Easter our Uganda team will be walking 20 miles to raise awareness of the needy among us and raise funds to help us take hope to the Karamojong. During the walk, the team will also be working with different organizations in the community to spotlight the need of the underprivileged here in the metro area as well.
