Friday, January 25, 2013. As many of you did, Anna Dixon and I really enjoyed the snow last week. It started snowing last Thursday as we were on our way home from church. Gone in a Flash! A tent from Bibi.

A friend, Amy, that lives nearby had offered to take gifts to our girls when they traveled to pick up their daughter from the Congo. Our agency chooses not to tell the children the have been selected by a family to be adopted until they have passed court. It gives me chills! God is blessing .

Friday, November 24, 2017. A year ago today, in an orphanage in Thailand, we met our beautiful daughter. After 1,748 days of waiting we finally held her in our arms, and our lives have never been the same! A very special family photo at the memorial for King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

Monday, October 17, 2011. About 6 months ago tragedy struck the south east and destroyed a large portion of Alabama. A series of F5 tornadoes came through the south east leaving nothing but devastation in its path. The view of the storm outside of my apartment. The path down 15th street. The elementary school that I helped clean up.
