Gemma Therese Holihen September 8, 2005. This Site was created in loving memory of our daughter, Gemma Therese Holihen who was diagnosed with Full Trisomy 13 at 18 weeks gestation. This is the story of our struggles with a diagnosis that we were told was incompatible with life . We have found just the opposite to be true. Tuesday, January 11, 2011. We are so excited for Katie and Matt and for Caleb to be a part of our family! I loved this baby a year ago when Katie and Matt decided to start the adoption proc. Ess, and just cannnot express the happiness I felt when I saw his face! .
