I can make a ton on the weekend before a week of work, it fills me up incredibly, and it is so flavorful! 1 tbsp of olive oil. 1 yellow onion, diced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 12 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. 5 Lower heat to a simm.
