Our Green Journey

Monday, July 13, 2009. Ok, so Ive planted this garden and gotten an abundance of produce. Which makes me very happy, but also presents me with a dilemma. What do I do with all this stuff before it spoils? And this is the good kind of canned of course. Does canning sound scary to you like it did to me? Let me ease your fears. Its pretty easy. I started with this. I saved these and the cucumbers for salads. I picked some of this fresh basil. And some of this oregano. Then the canning process began.
