Friday, October 12, 2012. I woke up this morning knowing it would be a busy day. Our part of the closing at 930 am was the biggest deal of course and we made it with plenty of time to spare after dropping off a mum plant at the flip for our new owner to find. It was never a serious prospect for me, too big and it looked from the photos like it needed a lot of work. A quick trip through just some of the rooms was all we needed to rule it out completely.
