Cut pork into bite size pieces. Mix pork and taco seasoning into plastic bag and shake well. Then brown meat in 3 tbsp oil, add apricot jam and salsa. I put this in the crock pot for 4-6 hours. I use my rice cooker for rice but I know my mom always uses minute rice! Oh well it was a great idea and super easy! 189; Cup Sugar.CONTENT
