Ive also recently taken up running.and if I dont eat a snack during these two times of the day, Im going to be pretty slow during my workout. I also recently found it much cheaper and not difficult to make my own Lara Bars. My favorite is the Cashew Cookie. So I decided to try making something with a bit more fiber and protein. 2 cups rolled oats. 4 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds. 4 Tbsp. Chia Seeds.
