Saturday, January 21, 2012. It has been a year, more than actually, since I last blogged. My life over the last year has been growth. I have grown, changed, learned, stretched. It has been, as one of my friends frequently says. At least from my perspective. This year looks to be no less substantial. My area of study right now is medieval Ireland since much of my cultural roots stem from there.
Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Friday, April 22, 2011. We made resurrection rolls and dyed eggs after church. The kids had fun at their Easter parties. I made their teachers Easter bunny Smores in a jar. 7oz of graham cracker crumbs. They can chop the bunnies up and mix them up with the rest of the ingredients or lay them on top.
