Monday, August 17, 2009. Cameron finally caved and got Kaylie and dog. We adopted him from the animal shelter. He is seven years old and we named him Jake. He is house trained and already fits in. Operation Paperback is a national, non-profit organization, whose volunteers collect gently-used books and send them to American troops overseas, as well as veterans and military families here at home. Since 1999, we have shipped over 2. 2 million books to all of the orange countries on the adjacent map. Providing books from military Professional Reading Lists to support servicemember professional development goals.
