I returned to Kansas on July 4th in a fairly uneventful flight. Just a small detour due to a storm. I have spent the time since then enjoying my kids and working on house projects. Wednesday, July 16, 2008. For more on my burger adventures. But not any of the others. Eat a steak dinner at Peter Luger many years ago, but I obviously have to return for the burger.

The dinner went well, barbeque and happy kids. It started to get dark so we were lighting some candles. The wind started to increase in strength so we engineered a candle holder from an empty waterbottle. The kids lit some candle in and kept under the bar to protect them from the wind. We ended up three of us sleeping on two mattresses in the shower, and one on a mattress on the toalett. Visit to the woodcarvers shop.
