Following on from Tenerife in the west I decided to look towards the eastern borders of the EU and the influence of history and culture in that part of the world. So here we are spending up to a year in Bulgaria. By tradition I shall be travelling, mainly by bus and train, exploring as much of the country as I can. Wednesday, 28 September 2016.
