Tuesday-Calisthenicsplyometrics 3 sets each of. 115 overhead arm claps. 15 box squats with 5 lb. dumbell. 1 minute sprint at 8.0. Wednesday-3 mile run 6.0 for 3 minutes 7.5 for 1 minuteinterval.
