This motto, that I have found myself living by, immediately became quite problematic in motivating me to begin this project. Laziness may be a fitting adjective, but I have never been in a position in which I needed to cook, therefor this was not a task I was excited about. When I began to prepare the dish, I just threw the chicken on a glass plate and stuck it in the microwave.

I was all set to make the marinate and quickly came to the realization that neither I nor any of my housemates have any sort of measuring utensils or tools! Off to a good start!
