Thursday, May 29, 2014. For Easter I got 3 Americauna hens. probably around the end of June they will start laying. I have always wanted to have a farm and have chickens and goats. I am so happy that we are starting our own little homestead. This is their favorite spot. curled up together under the Weigela bushes. Thursday, October 1, 2009. Daughter Jill and family came over for brunch today. I made a wonderful Italian sausage egg casserole with green chiles for the main course.
