Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Another Endorphin Injection, Riding Through the Countryside. It is very cool and actually keeps track of almost every little turn I make as I ride along. It also keeps track of my heart rate and will soon follow my cadence. I was quickly putting the mount for it on the bicycle before we left and got it on backwards! It is getting late as I write this. Need to get to bed so I can go to work tomorrow! .

Since I have just visited Nancy in Holland and helped her with her spring cleaning and gardening and got to go with her when she picked out a new rug for her living room I thought I would put on a couple pictures from that visit. I dont seem to have any with people in them and I did go to two of Amarins concerts also while there but have no pictures of those. 24 April, 2010. 09 April, 2010.
