First, I think the education system spend enough time teaching Japanese. When I was a junior high school student, all students read a book in the morning. As reading a book, I learned. Third, I think studying English hard is not so important. Certainly, if Japanese students can speak English, Japan become be a global society. People can communicate with foreigner easily.
