Heres a good recipe, but feel free to use whatever other leftovers in it that you think work. 1 pound of boneless leftover turkey meat cut into 1 inch dice. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2-3 cloves garlic minced. 2 tablespoons of butter I prefer from grass fed cows. 12 cup small-diced yellow onion. 12 cup small-diced carrot. Crimp and tuc.
