The cultural cuisine was an utmost challenge, from delving into raw oysters and mussels to eating black pudding, duck scratchings and steak tartar, which to you and me is a beef minced patty in its au natural state, RAW ladies and gentlemen! Probably the nicest wines I have tried! Marsell.
