I feel so much better now. Just needed to get that out. I have gained about 40 lbs back. It will not get the better of me. I went to the farmers market yesterday, and purchased a kitchen full of fruits, veggies and legumes. I purchased lean meats, and frozen fruit to snack on.

My boys are still growing. and they need their carbs. and good ones. so my bread is just about the only bread they eat. and I fill it with Flax Seed Meal, Wheat germ, nuts, dried fruits. anything and everything to make it more wholesome and yummy. Ive been on a breadstick kick lately. And a Sweet Hawaiian bread Kick. Its WAAAAAAY TO GOOD. Its DIVINE with Nutella spread on it. I will start postin.CONTENT
