The GF had a lunch at the U so I ate a 15 minute lunch and got on the bike. did 2 hours and 41 minutes. The first hour kept the heart rate low and warmed up my knee. Then I went and did kill repeats up and down Sogn Valley. NICE! Wednesday, September 19, 2007. And it feels good to be back at school with all the friends and stuff. 1 Some way to disaffect the aourlobe sp affect that the polar ice doe.
