Exploring the consumption of organ and variety meats. Last night I worked as I always do on Tuesdays after class. I work at this awesome little bar and restaurant that is located in Northeast Portland at the intersection of 15th and Prescott. Here is a recipe for haggis, a traditional Scottish dish. I have yet to try any but I am curious.
