Friday, 18 November 2016. This week students worked had to set new goals in their writing. They used a writing rubric shared with us by Robyn Anderson from Panmure Bridge School. This was very powerful and resulted in students setting meaningful goals and their own success criteria.
I am a year 5 student at Park Estate School, Auckland, NZ. My teacher is Mrs Maritz. Monday, 21 November 2016. We learned about life without electricity and we where wondering how they made butter without electricity. So my teacher, Mrs Maritz said lets make butter. So she brought some things in that we could use. Here is the recipe if you would like to try it as well. You will need a bow and cream. next you will need an electric mixer or a normal whisk . In the old days there was no electricity, so people had to. Use a churn to make their butter, but now, we can use an electric. Mixer because there is electricity.
