Punem intr-o tigaie 2-3 linguri cu ulei de masline si adaugam ceapa curatata,spalata si tocata fin. Lasam sa se caleasca impreuna cu ardeiul iute timp de 1-2 minute amestecand din cand in cand cu o lingura de lemn. Adaugam vinetele spalate si taiate in cuburi mici,vinul si sare dupa gust.
