That is a serious question,indeed, one which there was not time to answer on a Sunday morning, so let me take a stab at it now. Are there relationships beyond fixing? Thankfully, Jesus never said that about me. Relationships are restored as we face the truth about them and what they tell us about ourselves. Are you strong enough to be my friend? I was a do-gooder that they tolerated, not liked.
