Sunday, August 16, 2015. Kindergarten children need between 10 and 12 hours of sleep! A tired child is a cranky child so make your mornings easier with an appropriate and routine bedtime schedule. Send a small water bottle. Only water is allowed in the classroom. However, juice or milk can be sent in the lunch to enjoy in the cafeteria.
