Northland Women39;s walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to quot;keep our goalsquot; no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 12 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together.
