Saturday, August 11, 2012. To help others, you must first, help yourself. I have learned so much during the past year! Nothing is more rewarding than to be able to help myself and then in turn, being able to help others do the same for themselves! In summer of 2011 I discovered Team Beachbody! It is because of these programs and supplements that I have been able to workout at home, take control of my nutrition, and lose a significant amount of weight that I had been carrying around for far too long! .

Sunday, May 22, 2011. I am not usually one to ask for help from people, other than family, but I have been better about it while Mitch has been deployed. We needed a fence put up in our yard, and a guy in our ward, who works for Lowes. Had offered to get us a discount there if we ever needed it. So, I asked him about getting a discount on fence material. He just happens to be the elders. And give him the money. And, he got Lowes.

Wednesday, August 12, 2015. We packed in the fun in July. I love, love summer, but it sure is tiring having so much fun. We took a little day trip to the splash park in Rexburg to beat the heat one day. We stopped and picked up Claire on our way. My favorite part is these lad.

Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Happy 4th of July! Tons of Blackberry bushes grow along the roads here so we picked a LOT of them one day. We love to make jolly rancher suckers in the summer now. This time we got more creative and squished them tall and skinny. Alissa needed her 11 year old shot and the twins are old enough to finish off their shots too so we found a close pediatrician. This office, however, only lets new patient.
