Ketika aku masih kecil bapaku tidak putus putus memanjat kan doa ke hadrat illahi, mendoakan kesejahteraan ku. Baru kusedar, ketika aku mula bertatih meniti gelegar kayu, papaku lah yang memegang jari kecil ku untuk memimpin, aku tau papaku tersenyum ketika itu, saat aku mula melangkah. Baru ku sedar papaku yang selalu mengajarkan pertuturan pertamaku.
