I began this journey by writing for my wife to make her laugh as she dealt with Stage IV Colon Cancer. For me, it was a chance to hide from the stress for an hour or two. I truly believe humor is much stronger than chemo! After an initial prognosis of 60-90 days, I began to write. I believe laughter contributed to keep her going for the tough 4 12 year war she battled. Some good came out of some bad. I found I enjoyed writing.
