Terça-feira, 2 de agosto de 2011. Risotto do Mar com Perfume de Açafrão. 1,5dl de água mais um copo de água extra. 1 colher de sobremesa de açafrão. 400gr de arroz para risotto. Coloque o açafrão no copo de água quente e deixe em infusão durante uns minutos. No final escorra o marisco e reserve o caldo em separado, juntando-lhe a água com o açafrão. Num tacho junte a restante.
