While I have no problem eating ice cream, cake etc. as long as its in small portions. I prefer to eat something chocolaty and filling. Cannoli is one of my favorite desserts! I used to eat it whenever I could get my hands on it. However, they are SO high in carb that I only get mini ones when I can find them. I happened to have some leftover ricotta in the fridge. Whats your favo.
