My journey towards a disciplined life that is beautiful in the eyes of the Lord! Wednesday, January 23, 2013. So I hit my breaking point yesterday. ALREADY! But I didnt cheat! I made the Easy Peazy Cinnamon Muffins for breakfast. Today is gong to be my first E day. Lunch- Mexican Cottage cheese Salad.
I found this understanding of what sugar was doing to my self-esteem and self-conception to be so eye-opening when I started to take sugar out of my diet. Going from feeling on top of the world to feeling very low and self-conscious was something I experienced throughout the day, every day of my life before I cut sugar.
Saturday, August 25, 2012. Today was a free day, which was kind of nice, although I feel a lot better on my none free days. I had a little to much for supper, me thinks.
