Durante toda la tarde de aquella angustiosa mañana y toda la mañana del día siguiente le había estado dando vueltas en la cabeza, con tanta intensidad que me había provocado fiebre y varios desmayos, obligándome a quedarme en casa y no asistir a la escuela. Finalmente, desistiendo de mi intento de comer, mi madre me dejo marchar a mi habitación.
