Except for the thousands of us waiting with cameras, that is. Now that the Virgin Megastore in Union Square is closing too, there will be no major music retailers left in all of New York City. Will this help the many struggling independents left in the area? Or is the passing of Virgin a sign of more to come? .

Wednesday, August 09, 2006. We are excited about this too! We are all great and loving our summer. It has been nice seeing those who came to visit. By the way, Scott has lost it and gave Monte a Mohauk! It will be gone by the time school starts. In the mean time, people are asking to see my tattoos and offering us heavy metal concerts tickets. Sunday, June 27, 2010. We arrived in Lao two weeks ago. What a two weeks it has been. Poor living conditions but very nice people. Came back from church where we eat a meal after the 3 hour block every week except Fast Sunday. The food looks very unappetizing. Today there was a rooster head in the soup! Elder and Sister Nielson.
