Friday, August 6, 2010. Birthday party for her! After a few small fibs and lies that my parents played off well, Abbie was VERY surprised! Many of her close friends and family came over for a BBQ to help celebrate the big 1-6! Our cousin Sarah took her to Yakima for the afternoon before coming home to a house full of people! Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Hello family and friends! I am SO sorry that we have been out of touch with our blog. Our lives have been a complete whirlwind with house projects and guests and now. a new addition to the Vaught family! We have decided to go with a monkey theme since we both love monkies and wanted to have some sort of animal theme - so this will be perfect if we have a boy OR a girl! Sunday, July 10, 2011. Waiting for Illiana to be born has become our life lately. This last couple of weeks have definitely been the most difficult. However, lately my ribs constantly hurt and my feet have been nicknamed memory foam. Carlos loves touching my foot to see how easily it indents. We are down to four days before her due date. Saturday, February 7, 2015. Some days it feel like it has been an eternity since this dreadful day last year. Other days my emotions are as raw as the day he passed. But, in reality it has been one year since my Dad. 1 Denial and Isolation. This is the only step I really dont agree with. Some of you may challenge me and say that I really havent grieved yet because I have yet to be angry. I want to explain why Im not angry. Who could I possibly be angry with?
