I have always loved hiking and had to convince Nick he would love it too if he just went and tried and it was a success, he loved it! We want to try to go a few times a month now and find some fun new places! Monday, August 15, 2005. Blah well I am alive. got back from Mesquite for my parents 50th anniversary on Thursday of last week. Right after I got stomach flu and have been sick all weekend. I got sick that night and am just getting over it now. We drove up in the rain and hung out a little then headed out to the ball game once the move was proposed.

So, when I stopped blogging I was on week 6 of my dieting, I actually continued well into week 11, on or around December 20th when Gert died, the weather got cold, and the holidays hit.
