Mom when I was born I was a girl and had long hair like you! Picture taken by Melissa Kelsey. What do you do in the Fall? Pick Apples and wagon rides of course! Yet again another fun Halloween. Max seemed a little off in the morning since he did have a sick weekend, but quickly made up for it later in the day. Max and his buddy Batman, I mean Blake trick or treating. Max talks about Blake 30 times a day. He even argues with him when he is not around. I call it a Bormance.

Sunday, October 26, 2008. Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple and Red Onion. 190; pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into uniform pieces. 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 medium red onion, peeled and cut into thin strips. 1 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits.
Monday, May 4, 2009. 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta. 5 large mushrooms, chopped. 189; cup grated Parmesan cheese. In a large skillet, saute orzo and mushrooms in butter for 3-5 minutes or until the orzo is lightly browned.
